How is a face and neck lift done?

What is the recovery process like after a facelift?
1 day hospitalization is required. Stitches are removed in 5-7 days. Mild-moderate bruises pass in 7-10 days and most of the edema disappears within 3-4 weeks. Full recovery is completed in 4-6 months. It takes up to 1 year for the incisions to fully heal and decrease in clarity.
What are the undesirable conditions after a face lift?
Rare undesirable conditions such as infection, bleeding, asymmetry, and facial nerves may occur.
