Labiaplasty

Labiaplasty is a labia minora (inner lip) reduction procedure. Inner lip size, drooping and asymmetry can be corrected. Accompanying labia majora (big lip) volume losses are usually eliminated by fat incisions.

How is labiaplasty done?

It is performed under general anesthesia or sedation and local anesthesia. It takes about 30-45 minutes.

What is the recovery process like after labiaplasty?

It does not require hospitalization, care is required with special solutions for 5-7 days, edema disappears to a large extent within 2-3 weeks. 1 month of sexual abstinence is recommended.

Who Can Have It Done?

It can be safely applied to anyone who is over the age of 18, whose general health condition does not prevent surgery, and whose general body structure and weight are suitable.

What are the undesirable conditions after labiaplasty?

Bleeding, infection, wound healing problems may rarely occur in the early period.
